**Review of OEM+Plus Mods Valve Cover Breather for 2020+ Toyota Supra**

I recently purchased the OEM+Plus Mods Valve Cover Breather for my 2020+ Toyota Supra and had a disappointing experience. The product took three weeks to arrive, and upon inspection, it was clear that the breather was cobbled together from different parts. The filter appeared to be sourced from one vendor, the base from "valvecoverbreathers.com," and the rubber between the filter and the base was hand-tightened.

From the start, I felt deceived by the product quality. The valve cover breather separated almost immediately after installation, causing oil to spurt all over the back of the engine bay and downpipe. This issue not only made the product a poor fit but also introduced potential safety hazards. The product's assembly and design are subpar and do not inspire confidence in its longevity or safety.

To make matters worse, the exact same product can be found on Alibaba for a fraction of the price, with similar shipping times. Despite the website indicating that the item was in stock, it was shipped from mainland China, resulting in the lengthy wait.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the OEM+Plus Mods Valve Cover Breather or their other products, such as the hood vents. Buyers beware: this product is overpriced, poorly constructed, and potentially dangerous. Save your money and avoid the hassle by seeking alternatives.

That is a bit disappointing. I have purchased other like the hood vents and the front bumper vents that are top notch and great quality. I had the SupraStar hood vents that were only held up by 3M while OEM+ has the tabs like OEM. Based on my experience with those two products, i would recommend them but those are the only two items i have experience with them. Maybe it is a one off for this type of product, i believe that they make the valve cover breather for all the applications they sell for.

These breathers are made in the USA by CFM and shipped from Florida.

The point of the review is about the quality, and time. While your sarcasm and response provided approximately 0 value for the community.

This logic of needing to add your own touches to an aftermarket product, is similar to the StreetHunter wing logic (pictured below). And this post, is meant to be a buyer-beware for anyone else interested in this particular one.

I have purchased more products for this platform than I could remember to count, and I've left one negative review. Have some grace, it doesn't matter if you agree, move along.

I have forwarded your photos to the company who makes them to see what they say (This is not “our” product, we are just a dealer for CFM).

By the way, I’ve also been running the same breather on my car and never had any issues. I’ve been very satisfied with it.

Anyone interested, I encourage you to support the creators of the product. While I believe in reselling, I do not believe in false marketing and advertising as if it's their own product.

This is $20 cheaper (I noticed after my post they dropped their price to match), and will not require an extra step. Get it straight from the manufacturer, and if you have issues, you now have recourse.

We are an authorized dealer for them, there was no false advertising or claiming it’s “our” product. It’s in the description that the product is made by CFM.

Also we didn’t drop the price after your post, it's been the same price.

why are you lashing out on @stormgreysupra when he didn’t make the product? You chose to buy through his shop and you chose the product. This issue would have happened regardless of who you bought it through.

Your gripe should be with the manufacture, not the reseller.

It’s not a review thread, it’s a misinformation thread. None of what you said is accurate. At this point I don’t know if you’re just making stuff up or what’s going on.

I don’t doubt you had an issue with the product based on your photos, but instead of contacting us to resolve it, you come here and spread misinformation which I don’t appreciate.
