Hi everyone, my remnant intake has a really bad boost leak because of some Orings that are in the kit.

Tried messaging the Owner, but he has left me on read multiple times.

So my shop has sourced majority of the O rings, but the only O rings they’re having trouble with are The phenolic spacer O rings.

I was wondering if ANYONE could help me locate what kind of dumb O rings go on here, I’ll love you forever lmao.

I have the exact same hardware, exact same o-rings, no leaks. I did the install myself. Is this shop assembling things in the correct order? I would need a ton of hands to count all the times people take their car to a "pro shop" and the shop just butchers the install. Seriously, I would have so many arms.

Question, how long after order did you receive your manifold? Ordered mine three weeks ago but haven’t seen tracking come through, reached out and was told it was gonna be here last week. Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone since.

Don’t know about the brown ones, but the black ones I believe you can get from FCPEURO.

From order to getting to my front door took about a month and half ish.

but I’m now regretting my order, because God forbid you need spare parts or any type of after support?

It is interesting that we talk multiple times Friday trying to figure out what's going on. You send a message after hours Friday and one Satuday. I get back to you on Monday again (first day back) and there is no support...

At any rate, as I messaged you on IG, stock O-rings work as well as these black ones posted here. Surprised you have even had an issue given how many cars, including mine that we have all running well over 40psi with not a single issue. That said, parts are parts and sometimes somehow things don't work and we want to help resolve your issue. As I said there, I had developed a bunch of custom O-Rings that would definitely work for this that we didn't end up using. Just trying to locate them for you because they got put in storage. If not, please purchase the FCP Euro ones above and we will simply refund you the amount.

i apologize hitting you up after hours, I keep forgetting you’re not in my time zone.

The only thing is Alec, a simple acknowledgement that “yea I’m looking for these particular O rings, in storage, ” or anything along those lines would have been appreciated, but it was after hours, so It is what it is.

I don’t need a refund or anything, my car is already being charged being on the rack because of this, so a couple bucks ain’t worth the hassle.

if you can just LMK the price of the special O rings and shipping, I’d really appreciate it.

*update guys, spoke to Alec, he explained everything in detail, and is absolutely a stand up guy!

My shop is doing something wrong, thus messing up the O rings, so I have to get back in touch with them.

Heck Alec even offered to get on video call with my shop to fix the issue I’m having, which is customer service at its finest!

Just wanted to update everyone, before I take this thread down, this debacle is 100 percent on me.

Alec is indeed a stand up guy and sells fantastic products.....we (including myself) need to remember he is pretty much a one man show, with a life and family outside of work. So, if you need answers immediately or need a product by X date, you may run up to some challenges. I'm sure it's all in the nature of running a very small business and trying to balance everything.
