I went with the AWE resonated touring... I wanted a deep tone and no drone!

AWE Touring is the only answer here. Resonated for a deeper tone. Non res if you want more rowdy and high pitched. No drone on either Touring setup. Ping Josh @Meraki Autoworks for the setup

Cant beat Akrapovic but AWE is an excellent option that does not break the bank
we got both brands in stock

I wouldn't say this is a huge deal but I do find it ironic at the cost of the Akrapovic exhaust and you have to cut the OEM exhaust and bolt it on part way back vs any of the other titanium options are all cat back exhausts. For that price I was expecting a catback from Akrapovic.

Again not a total deal killer but it put me off personally from wanting to go with that exhaust when I decide to pull the trigger on one

its due to emission laws and not a design flaw , but yes Akrapovic products are expensive

What did you decide on Kenny?
With Tomei being titanium, wouldn’t it be more prone to cracking under high temps?
I’m considering converting my AWE track to resonated touring to make her more enjoyable & not so freaking loud all the time!!!! ?

I think Akrapovic sounds good, just not $4,000 good. Plenty of great options in the 2k range.

I had the track setup on my Focus RS and it droned. I called them. Guys couldn’t have been nicer about getting me a good deal on a touring conversion kit. I made them some before and after videos. Customer for life.
