I have that kit, the dash is an easy install but the door cards not so much. It looks awesome once in. One annoying bug - it sometimes resets and goes back to the default rainbow vomit colors randomly. Not sure why. Doesnt happen too often though.

I have it plugged into the cig lighter fuse. Annoyingly, hat fuse stays on for 7ish mins after the car is locked.

other than that, I love it

which option did you go with? Also can I use fuse tap instead of cigarette lighter?
I used the dreamcolor 2 in 1 (I didn't want lighting on the doors). And yea I also used a fuse tap

I have the OPT7 footwell kit as well the Amazon kit that @apatel471 linked above.

Fuse tapped into the heated seats and power mirrors fuses so it turns on when I get in the car and turns off 6 minutes later.

I set them both to the orange hue which matches the interior switches.

Is putting things into the fuses difficult, i’ve never done it before and would love to know how you learned. @BA9092 , @a90.faz

Also OP, did you end up getting it? how has it worked out for you. Thanks

Had it done by a friend at his shop. Wiring isn't hard. The hardest part is routing the strips espicially if you are going to do the doors. The doors are a massive PITA

I tapped into different accessories for the dash cam, footwell lighting and dash strip.

I skipped the doors since I didn't want to route the wiring through the door harness boot and couldn't find a power wire anywhere.

Here is what I settled on for the doors (sorry for shitty pics). The original plan was to have them in between the window switches (gloss black) and colored part but that seam seems to be plastic welded/bonded shut. Although, I have seen one guy on YT actully get it in there. If you are able to, then it will look sick. I also added a single projector into the door bin.

Go for the doors if your mechanic is (or you are) a patient guy.
