Clear Matte PPF

Has anyone dabbled in doing a Clear Matte PPF Specifically on an Absolute Zero? Wanted to get others experiences with it. Did it come out good? How's it holding up? Does it imitate the Burnout Edition a bit too much? Also considering wrapping the car in Inzotek Frozen White but i like the idea of using the OEM paint code to achieve the Matte look.

I have a friend with an absolute zero Supra that had his wrapped in matte Xpel PPF and it looks great. Can't comment on how it compares to the burnout because I haven't seen his car next to a burnout car side by side.

I'm a fan of PPF over vinyl and since your car is already white, might as well protect that paint with PPF instead of wrapping a white car with white vinyl but that's just my opinion.

I agree 100% with the ppf over wrap just doesn't make sense the other way around. Does your homie have an IG by chance? Would love to see how it looks

My only regret with my supra is not getting a burnout white! The color is stunning. But at the time i wasnt even considering buying a supra and when i was ready i wanted a brand new one ?

I have a Burnout white car (they call it Avalanche White Metallic where I’m at). The white is not matte, it’s satin. You need to get satin PPF to get that look or preserve the look of burnout white.

Satin is more glossy than pure matte. Here’s some pics after the PPF

Here's mine with XPEL Stealth satin PPF.

The reflections are still there but definitely reduced.

Thanks for the insight! Glad to hear that i wouldn't be "up badging" my absolute zero if i went with the matte ppf then! If im not mistaken this color was specific to the release editions did yours not come with the red badge or did you decide to change it out? As a side note stunning car and pictures! Definitely use your build as inspiration.

thank you! Mine did not come with red badges. I too am confused as I keep reading that this color was limited edition but atleast in my region, it seems to simply be a regular retail color for 2024 ?‍
