Hey y'all. Recently purchased the Eventuri CAI and installation is underway. However, I can't help but not understand how this inlet installation goes.

Here's a zoomed out picture of the turbo inlet area.

Instructions say that the entire inlet tube comes off after releasing the clamp as such:

However, the one the 2.0 has is bolted onto the turbo as an assembly.

Has anybody here actually installed this for the 2.0? I haven't been able to find anything online, and the Eventuri piping comes with an extra port that I do not know what it connects to (the larger port at the bottom of this picture)

The piping for that part looks like this on the Eventuri website (https://www.eventuri.net/products/toyota-supra-mk5-b48/#tab2):

Thanks in advance!

I can't confirm, but I THINK it would be a pretty similar install as any B48 BMW.

How To Install The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System On A 2022 BMW G42/G2X M240XI B58
It is pretty similar, but the two problems that it comes down to are:

1. My turbo inlet is bolted onto the turbo. Installation guides/videos show the Eventuri inlet sliding into the turbo after releasing the inlet clamps. After releasing my clamps, my inlet remains bolted onto the turbo seen in pic #2.

2. The piping in pic #4 has an extra big hole that I've not seen included on that pipe in any guides/videos.

Just a big letdown to hit this bump in the road when I spent so much money on it when it woulda been an easy install otherwise. Guess that's cars.

you have the Gen 1 version, hence the
two silver fittings, not just one. You need the gen2 version. The one you linked to is the correct version.

Damn. I ordered it from a90 shop: https://www.a90shop.com/product-page/eventuri-b48-intake-2-0-mkv-toyota-supra

Even their picture shows the gen2 version. Hoping to get it resolved with them and thanks for looking at my thread. I'll continue to take input and update it as this process goes along.
Actually it looks like the B48 intake in the Supra is even different than the B48 intake in the Gen 2 B48 in the BMW's.

I just checked my Gen 2 B48 G20 330i. Check photos below. It has the 2 ports and clips directly onto the turbo like in your photo. You need the Supra specific B48 intake. Looks like they sent you the Gen 2 BMW B48 intake.

Now this kinda makes me curious what else is different with the B48 Supra turbo. ;)

Very interesting holy cow. They've replied and said that I have the right part but I'm not quite sure now. I'm wondering if this is an Eventuri R&D thing instead of an actual wrong parts packed.

Yup. Contacted. What's funny is that the Supra 2.0 b48 installation guide on the Eventuri website is for a G20 BMW and the 3.0 Supra installation guide has an actual Supra lol. Wonder if any 2.0 has even ever had one installed.

Looks like it does bolt on but there is a rubber sleeve that couples both pieces together with clamp bands.

Yea yours just has that one hole for the crankcase breather, other breather is on the OEM black plastic turbo inlet like the OP. 100% OP was sent the wrong intake.
