Opinions, let’s say you take your Supra in for a Pure800 upgrade and a custom tune which was 1973.00 XHP tune etc. Custom tune is on e30. Got a DYNO sheet saying 606 hp/597tq. But when I get the car back E content is E10 like it was when dropped off. I had to send several logs and on the 9th revision it seems ok. What do you guys think.

Sounds to me like no tuning happened at max e30 content.

What’s the question?
If my car was actually put on the dyno and tuned to e30 then I should have had e30 in my tank when I picked it up. And they charged me for the Ignite fuel. Second trip to this shop in Monroe and I’ve gave them right at 15,000.

I see you're also in NC so what shop was this? Did they also tune it on pump gas/lower e blends? The only thing I could think of is if they just put enough e in it to get to e30 and then diluted with 93, but I don't see why they would

They could have tuned for e30 first and then put in pump gas to tune for that. However, it sounds like you had to have them do remote tuning after the fact?

If they already blended for e30 and then were doing a 93 tune, wouldn't that 93 tune be somewhat obscured? I can't imagine they would've fully burned off that e30 and that just seems like it'd be a backwards approach

Def backwards just giving them the benefit of the doubt. Not sure what you mean by "wouldn't that 93 tune be somewhat obscured"

Anyway, it sounds like the OP has much more information that they haven't shared yet.

I mean it's not going to really reflect having a tank full of 93 because of the existing e in the tank
