Sanded out the scratches using an orbital: 240, 1200, 2000, 3000 grit sandpaper. Polished afterwards with chemical guys v38 & v32 compound. Not sure if this method works for interior bits thoLooks great. What was you method and what did you use? I have some plastic interior bits on my daily that need some love.
Cheers mate. The stereo installers scratched up the clock screen cover on my daily - it's curved perspex like much like the headlights so I'd suggest its a very similar process. It's not a write off but if I can tidy it up without too much pain, I might have a go.Sanded out the scratches using an orbital: 240, 1200, 2000, 3000 grit sandpaper. You shouldn't get a CEL I've had my AA downpipe on for over 50k miles no light.Just installed the AA Catted Downpipe with the AA high flow cat today. Installed the Dinan Carbon fiber cold air intake with carbon inlet about 5 days ago.
Definitely helps give a little more turbo noises, but part of me kinda wished I went Armaspeed for the intake/inlet tbh, but I'll try without the box lid in the coming days and see if that increases the intake sounds.
Both pieces were great quality and no real issues installing, aside from DP just being a pain in the butt to connect and remove from the mid pipes. Car is a 24' with about 5k miles, for reference.
Only driven about 15 miles on DP, but no check engine light so far!

Update after 250+ miles. Dinan Intake & inlet: Took the lid off the intake and it made a world of difference, sound wise. Highly recommend if you want more induction sound from the the intake/inlet combo. Very happy with it now. AA Catted Downpipe w/ AA cat: After driving a bit more, there is a little sound difference and burbles/pops are more frequent/noticeable. Still no check engine light, thankfully! Also ordered the AA catback system from @Extreme Power House. They have had great deals on both the AA down pipe and catback system, along with fast and quality customer service!
Nice!!!! All you need is @4ntvings upgraded looks brace/bars. Got mine from Japan and love em. Thx to this damn forum and everyone’s suggestions, my car and wallet are both lighter ?I'll play today. Finally had some time to install the Blitz brace (replacing the home depot metal beams) and front Armaspeed mudguards. ezpz installs on both, so easy, a caveman can do it
Hoping to have the big boy items installed some time this summer
thanks Speed Industry!

I’d be interested in hearing what the AA exhaust sounds like with the DP, especially on cold starts. Also ordered the AA catback system from @Extreme Power House. They have had great deals on both the AA down pipe and catback system, along with fast and quality customer service!
I won't have it for probably a week, if not closer to 2 depending on shipping and when I can get a buddy to help.I’d be interested in hearing what the AA exhaust sounds like with the DP, especially on cold starts.
Buy yourself a rattle can of 2 pack paint and spray paint them yourself. 2 pack is very temperature resistant and an epoxy paint. The rattle can version has the hardener incorporated in the can assembly and you activate it and use then discard the leftovers.Cleaned these damn base model brakes as best I could. They look meh.![]()
