They also require that you wear a helmet.
Okay...

Are you trying to say that wearing a helmet removes wind buffeting on windows? Cause it doesn't.

Wearing a helmet significantly reduces wind noise and protects hearing degradation in a vehicle with a very loud exhaust.

How do you feel about running an ethanol blend when pump gas works just fine?

80 mph with the windows up has nothing to do with "saving it for the next guy". It's called enjoying a Playlist of 40+ songs.
Of course, I do occasionally put the window down at higher speeds so I can extend an Insta360 video camera-on-an-extension pole out it while on a roll to a cars&coffee event with 5 other Supras, but that's for a limited time.
Also, I have plenty of top-down fun in my MX5.
I'm willing to argue that a top-down MX5 at highway speeds provides more wind noise than the Supra does at 80MPH with the windows down (maybe not without the buffeting fix because damn without that fix the wind noise in these cars are atrocious). If you're arguing the point of having your windows down means you cannot hear your music, then why would you consider buying a soft top MX5 at all. You aren't hearing your music unless you're blasting it.

Mobbing down the freeway at 3am windows down, heater cranked up, blasting music is the only way.

My point is that I already have a loud, top-down car that I use much more sparingly, now that I have the Supra which has a better stereo. If you drive at 80 mph in a windows-down Supra often enough, you will almost certainly enjoy the quietness of a windows-up drive at high speeds.
If I ate lasagna every day, I'd be switching over to something else, sooner rather than later.

So what's the Part number for the OEM wind buffeting kit? Lets try to be productive members of society today.
Here is the video @ 1:35ish he points them out.
