Trust me, as a german, its mostly accurate how he describes it. We have one of the strictest verhicle regulations in the world. But we also have no speed limits. I can legally drive 180 MPH on the highway right next to a cop and they maybe give me a nod. So it has pros and cons. But modding cars to be fun is definitely on its last legs. Starting 2026 basically only boring economy 4 cylinders are allowed here. The future is EV if I like it or not (and I dont)
Time to move! ;)

Naaah, not for a awhile. Still need to solve the energy density issues of lithium-ion. Even those solid state batteries are a small uptick in Wh/kg. EV's have a long way to go. We just need to plant more trees

And make more nuclear plants ??? to support all the energy they ? require. It’ll be a while but nice when it finally happens ☢

PTB Clutch and pure 800 are in. Im breaking it in so just regular driving but it feels very similar to stock thus far.
Which PTB clutch did you opt for? Any other upgrades or mods with the clutch? OEM flywheel? How was the install? Any complications?

Let us know how it holds up to full throttle acceleration in first and second gears and hard launches from a stand still.

Thanks

My goal is around 700whp so I opted for the twin organic and the dual mass flywheel to try and keep it as drivable as possible. Honestly in retrospect I may have opted for one sinister one organic because it feels much softer / better than I was anticipating. Honestly feels stock. Install was done by a shop thus I am not sure there. Should be tuned at the end of next week so I will keep you posted once I start stepping on it.

And did you opt for the performance pressure plate or standard?
Is the dual mass flywheel significantly lighter than stock?
Do the revs drop quicker between to 1-2 shift?

Thanks for sharing your experience, really appreciate it.

Honestly the clutch feels stock. I couldn't tell it was any different. Car made 692whp on E.
