How to Remove the Center Console - In Particular, the Passenger Leather Side Panel

Does anyone know how to remove this side panel. I want to place a small button where the X is and am wondering how much of a headache it will be to a) remove this panel and b) fit the button in this location. All the information and videos I've seen seem to remove the other side only. I presume it's just clipped in but before I start applying trim tools I thought I'd ask.

If you have seen a video, or better yet, have removed this piece, please help!

the whole center lifts up. but you'll need to remove the trim on the left of the shifter first. I did it 1st week of ownership brand new. yes screwed in. cheap from oem at least. passenger ripped the leather. easy job
