Center caps look like Apex and the ML-10RT model. I can't speak to the wheel specs.

These are the Saga SL. SL = Super Lap....which means they're meant to be as light as possible. It would defeat the purpose of this version to have center caps. You can buy them separately if you insist, or you can just buy one of the non-SL TE37 versions.

They're also not favored on track wheels because they're considered a potential safety hazard. It's a part than can fly off.
