We’re currently planning the next generation of our dash cams, and we really want to build them around what drivers actually need in the real world. That’s why we’d love to hear your honest thoughts:

1. When you’re driving, what do you want your dash cam to capture inside the vehicle?
2. Is there anything you’ve wished your dash cam would record, but couldn’t?
3. For those situations, have you used any workarounds or alternative solutions?

the space is small. I don’t think you can record much stuff going on in the car.

but seriously, make the cameras smaller. There is no need to have a full DSLR with a telescopic lens mounted on the windshield. Stop making those things bigger and bigger.

Garmin badly needs a competitor to their catalyst product. I would start with an accelerometer and obd-based metrics and go from there.
