I got an email from the head sales guy that he's thinking about it. He has 8 on his lot right now.
Please keep us all posted on the price, I wanted to want for a 2021 model but if the price is right would take a leftover. My dealership has two on the lot and they have been there for months. Ohio would be worth a trip to save some cash.

I messaged my dealer, told them instead of waiting for an A91 I'd drive a 2020 premium off their lot for 45k. Car sales are down 80%. Just waiting on Toyota to match VW and Subaru rates.
Where is your dealer? Maybe Im in too

Lmao, I'm in too at 45k OTD, let me know, If we have 4 people, they might go even further down ahah.

I got the money ready to go, I was in between the 2020 supra or a 2018 TT-RS but no one is budging below 59 for the TT-RS

I think the supra is more fun to drive. Plus, it can be easily modified. And it is Japanese car so you dont have to worry about the reliability too much

I meant the maintenance. But yeah, it is up to you. I was considering between M4 and supra as well

What do you mean maintenance is Japanese? All the techs needed BMW german training to handle these cars. And even then are quite limited in their knowledge.

Like for the example if something breaks, the part would be cheaper. And the labor is cheaper

Parts are no way cheaper. They are BMW parts coming from Austria. The single head light is like $1200. My hood was a few grand.

FWIW, parts are actually cheaper! The same parts are generally between 10% and sometimes 30% cheaper through Toyota vs BMW. Depends on what it is though. Still not cheap per se, but Toyota is definitely doing some level of subsidizing of parts costs!

I guess parts on our supras are not cheap relative to japanese parts and other toyota oem parts. TRD being the outlier.
