So my wife (Meagan) has owned a Type R for about 2 years now. Car had boltons, was super fun, quick and a great daily driver. Just because she was bored with it and wanted something new, she started considering a Supra. Me working for Visconti Tuning and us being one of the largest EcuTek dealers in the world, I was slightly biased.

It was going to be her car though and her daily so I wasn't pushy at all and let her make her own decisions. After my buddy let her drive one for a couple days, she decided to make the jump. Dealer delivered it to our house Monday afternoon! Car is awesome and I think will make for a great DD for her and an occasional track toy for me. Lol.

Going to do this as a gradual modification so we can have step by step results to show. Feel free to follow me on instagram and to check out my 1200whp GTR build! @MarshallBrown

Not even a day and you've gone all in. Can't wait to see what you're gonna do to it.

Night of delivery.

Having a Dragy handy I went ahead and did a test hit down the road to get a baseline. Thing feels peppy to be a stock car, but slow in comparison to previous 700-1000whp cars ive owned, lol.

But, we got to start somewhere so I think it was a pretty good baseline with fair weather.

Congratulations to you and your wife on the new car.

Lets see what modifications you will be doing and how things ramp up to a better & faster car.

Day 2 of ownership

John overnighted me the tooling to unlock the ecu because it was locked so we could get ecutek on this thing.

I can say he really has the STG1 file dialed in! Car feels good! Going to get some dragy data one day when its not 95 degrees outside. Lol.

Day 3

Ceramic coated with CQuartz Professional and Suntek Ceramic Window Tint. I do 5% on everything because black windows look great. I usually do 50% on the windshield as well, but the wifey said no and its her car, so ... lol.

Marshall,

The mods so far look good. Keep them coming especially with personal reviews.

For sure man! Think im going to order HKS adjustable lowering springs this week or next. Then we'll decide on what wheels to go with.

So, wifeys birthday was July 3rd. Car parts were the choice of gift of course.

We talked, and instead of paying triple the cost of a standard lowering spring for the HKS adjustable, we just tossed a set of Eibachs on the car. They're almost 1/3 of the price, great ride height and comfort. Worst case, can sell them and lose very little money and change to HKS later if we want.

Didnt want to slam the car too much as we plan on putting a drag pack on the car and dont want them to scrub.

It looks to me like it tucks a bit, is that correct?

It is. Just factory fitment. Most people use 13/15mm spacers for front and rear. Make for pretty good fitment.

Didn't snap any photos, but we went ahead and installed a Titan Motorsports Catless downpipe so we could bump to our 93 Octane Stage 2 file.

The car does have our plug n play flex fuel kit on it as well.

Got our ArmaSpeed Full Carbon Fiber Intake in and installed today! Looks great, sounds great, fits well and I believe is the cheapest full carbon intake on the market. Would highly recommend if its in your budget.

Forgot to post up, we also grabbed a set of Speed Industry Carbon Fiber mirrors. Fitment on the mirrors id say are an 8.5/10. Not perfect, but not bad at all for the price.

Ordered a set of Bronze TE37 Sagas that should be here in a week or two!
