I'd be interested in knowing how much of that was due to the heat exchanger and radiators alone. Or to put it another way, if the meth-cooling made the largest difference in the change. I certainly understand grouping upgrades to reduce installation time, but that's a bunch at once so it's harder to know what might be the best bang-for-the-buck.

Very impressive regardless... a 12C drop is definitely not small under those conditions.
Unfortunately I do not have identical condition 60-130 runs for each mod.. Would have been very cool

4th gear logs u have many, but IAT increase is not as severe as 60-130 runs

However for the full cooling effect, running these together will provide the best results

I have a question about IAT. Since the sensor is mounted in the tube connecting the filter assembly to the turbo inlet, how could any modification beyond that point affect IAT? Or is there another sensor mounted elsewhere that is being monitored in the datalog? I could see with charge air temp after the air is already compressed.

Sensor is actually in the charge pipe after air is compressed by the turbocharger. Cooler air circulating through the system due to bigger inter coolers, radiators, meth..etc will ultimately bring down IAT

Since air enters and exits through the turbo charger, a cooler turbo will produce more dense air and thus more power also directly affecting IAT temps

The reason I ask is because in the install instructions for my Injen intake they identify the sensor that is transferred from the old intake to the new one as "temp sensor."

My MHD logs both IAT and charge air temp. All I see in the Ecutek logs is IAT. My IAT pretty much mimics what the Ecutek logs are showing, ie. about a 30F degree increase from the beginning to the end of a run as the turbine housing radiates heat to the airbox. Charge air temp triples.

Yes, should be pre-turbo air temp

MHD logs show IAT, which I assume is from the sensor downstream of the filter housing, and charge air temp. That obviously is compressed air but I don't know if it is pre or post intercooler. Maybe someone can chime in. Actually I think one of the pros did say it is pre-intercooler in another thread. While cruising my IAT is usually 15-20 degrees F above ambient and charge air temp is around the same. On a hard run from 40-130 mph IAT will rise maybe 20 degrees whereas charge air temp will exceed 300.
