No. The Armytrix catless with the simulator bung takes care of the CEL from running a catless downpipe. You won't have to worry about clearing out that code over and over again with a JB4. But if you just run a plain catless down pipe you will continue to get a CEL.

This was the fix for SPL Front Lower Control Arms. I don't know what to do about OEM control arms. If you have a chassis error and the code shows that it's from the front adjuster then you may need to either raise the car a bit or find a way to adjust/modify the bracket.

I'm using AMS and haven't had any issues. I did add some extra pieces of adhesive before install. I like the way it has that piece that curves downward on the side mirror post to help blend things in.

I'm not sure yet. It's ceramic coated and has a simulator on it. So it will be a little more expensive than a regular used catless downpipe. I'll post prices as soon as I the new turbo installed.
