Current garage is pretty ideal for me right now.
Supra for fun and track
M3 wagon for daily and hauling 3 kids around.
Wife's Cayenne for when everything won't fit in the wagon
The garage it self has 3 bays with an inground scissor lift, which would be good if I still had time to work on...
I use this bracket with a standard 1kg extinguisher.

More storage for car parts and fluids etc is...
Nope.
Car is now in the shop for a bunch of upgrades
Swaybars and braces, PWR heat exchanger, Verus brake duct kit with steering limters.
And the bigs ones are an AMS Alpha 8 turbo kit and full CSG spec fuel system with surge tank and port injection.
Zach from CSG is going to be doing a flex...
I use an Apex Pro Lap Timer.

Similar concept to the Catalyst with real time feedback but not implemented as slickly and requires a phone to record data or video.
I also export the data for analysis with Track Attack.

It can also do video...
If you're just running a DP then the MHD OTS tunes are good.
I've been running the e30 tune for a year including a lot of track work.
I've tried getting a remote custom tune 4 times now (with MHD and BM3 across multiple BMWs and the Supra) and the experience was always frustrating and the tune...
