I've had no issues with the RSR EDC cancellers.
Just found someone who can code it out instead which is what I did on my previous BMWs so thinking about doing that.
If you want something with a literal track record the fastest Time Attack Supra in the US uses AMS Alpha 6 kit and the fastest one in Australia uses the Alpha 8.
But it might not be the best option for big power drag setups, and not really bang for buck.
The MHD OTS maps are good. I spent months getting a "pro" tune for e40 and it was worse than the OTS e30 tune.
This is what mine made with the OTS e30 map on a hub dyno.
Long term BMW fan. Have had multiple M cars and other BMWs including some with the B58. Was thinking about a M2 Comp and started cross shopping the Supra as I considered it another BMW and ended up loving the size, styling and performance.
I've never driven Laguna but that looks impressive both in the Subaru and the Dodge.
I've actually raced against Max McRae in Radicals, by raced against I mean he was in first and I was mid pack ?
He's a good kid and great steerer.
He's actually his nephew. Alister McRae (who is Colin's...
Curious if these are on yet and what your impressions are?
I've used Ohlins R&T on two previous cars and really liked them so was thinking about changing to the same set up.
I'm not going to go for huge power and would prefer to stay DI only.
I put a Dorch Stage 2 on my previous B58 which allegedly flows better than the tu supra HPFP and wondered why no one made something similar for the Supra.
If this turns out to be vapourware then I'll look at PI in the future.
Wondering what everyone thinks of this?
I was hoping someone would come out with an upgraded HPFP and those are some big claims.
This would be ideal for me if it could max out the stock turbo on e85 DI only.
These definitely work. I've only seen them used in drag applications though.
Curious how they would go with track work but I suspect not well seeing as the AC would be disengaged most of the time.
185 cm and 95kgs (6" and 210lbs) and I only just fit.
The back of the seat is rubbing against the silver brace and I would prefer it if it went a bit further back. I do have long legs and need to have them fairly straight due to hip arthritis.
No issue with headroom even with a helmet.
Due to my past experience with remote tuning I have low expectations.
Those expectations are being met currently.
This is the timeline of my current custom tune process.
2nd June – Order placed.
10th June – Base map received.
28th June- First logs sent. (Big delay on my end due to constant...
