Recommended best drop for handling/tracking is -20mm front and -15mm rear. This is how mine is setup on MSS and Cusco Sway bars. My tires are 275/35 and 305/35 which increases overall ride height by 4mm in front and 5mm in the back which helps to counter some of the lowering to actual ground...
