  1. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

I was planning on getting V-bands for everything but I'll keep it in mind. Just having to modify the DP would certainly make it easier for the shop and possibly my pocket at the end of the day. If you can, DM me some pictures just so that I can also check the specs on the cat since their website...
  2. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

Not sure how many videos of the Leviathan you may have watched but @Alec-RemnantPerformance made a few just cruising and it is a deep but subtle exhaust note. Seems like a very daily drivable system and you can adjust how much you quite it down. Obviously when you step on it it's a different...
  3. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

Many resonators and straight mufflers don't really disrupt the flow much so it might not affect the numbers as much as you might think. Even having a properly sized high flow cat can net very similar power to a catless system. The whole exhaust just won't be as light as a straight pipe but no...
  4. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

First of all you would have to confirm if your 4.5" DP is a true 4.5". Many DP have larger diameters prior to the connection point to the catback but that is essentially just marketing since the smallest diameter is what determines your flow capacity. This is why going bigger pipe than the turbo...
  5. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

Exhaust systems made for the Supra will only fit the Supra. The M440i isn't even close in terms of size to make it work. Downpipes however tend to be compatible among other cars with B58. You should be able to buy a 4" DP and have a shop make the rest of the exhaust for our car.
  6. Raceseng Shift Knob step by step install on MT Supra’s

Yup that’s all you need. It’s gonna be a clean looking setup for sure.
  7. Raceseng Shift Knob step by step install on MT Supra’s

Any of the two NTA (non threaded adapter) are what you want to get to match the adapter for the shift knob.
  8. TPMS for the Supra

Mine came unassembled and I did not use any loctite when putting them together. Close to a 9 months now and I just snugged them up by hand. Wouldn't hurt to use a very small amount of the blue loctite but honestly I did not pay attention to where the air flows through. Definitely don't want any...
  9. I designed a simple 3D printed Magsafe phone mount

I have seen a bit of their printers but not much to be honest. Build speeds come down to your settings though so a lot of what you may see online can be more marketing and what the slicer lets you do. What I would say, if you end up going with BL, is to make sure the slicer it uses does not...
  10. TSW wheels: Can I use these for track?

Not on this platform but I have a friend who tracked his TSW wheels for years without issue. It was one of the flow formed models which helps them keep the price competitive and still be a strong wheel. Not sure if the model you picked is but you may want to check that it is flow formed for a...
  11. I designed a simple 3D printed Magsafe phone mount

You can just keep the printer in a corner away from you for if that is your concern. The real benefit of the enclosures is keeping the print volume at a nice and consistent temp, specially during winter. This helps plastics that are prone to warping have less of a tendency to do so but there are...
  12. I designed a simple 3D printed Magsafe phone mount

I finally got a chance to sit down and play with combining the magsafe charger into the holder you made. I might make it a bit wider and add some honeycomb cutouts to make it look nicer but in terms of function this should be more than sufficient. Had to thicken up the front face to 7.5mm to...
  13. I designed a simple 3D printed Magsafe phone mount

It works much better than the tray. The 15W output really makes it charge closer to a decent wall or 12V charger but obviously not as fast as quick charging speeds. I will likely print mine with a bottom edge just to make sure it doesn't drop on me while going around the track since I wanna be...
  14. I designed a simple 3D printed Magsafe phone mount

Sweet. I'll probably print one but modify it to take the magsafe charger. I recently printed this stand for my desk at work I left the sides exposed so that it wouldn't interfere with my case and two slots to angle the cable in the preferred direction. Just gotta take some pictures to upload it...
  15. TPMS for the Supra

    Here ya go.
  16. TPMS for the Supra

I have a '23 and posted a link to the ones I got. I went with black ones out of preference in case you're interested just gotta scroll up a bit.
  17. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

I agree that the powerband would still be better with an upgraded turbo but data for the manual clutches is scarce and inconsistent. It's probably best to test the waters on the stock turbo which can already make the stock clutch slip. At least this way one probably won't need to get towed after...
  18. GR Supra 101: Routes to big power

IMHO Just stick to stock turbo at that point. 93 octane is going to limit anything to the 500whp ballpark and you can't push too much torque if you want to stick with the OEM clutch anyways. OEm turbo already gets you close to that number anyways and OFT maps can help you squeeze more if you...
  19. Best tuning options for 2023 MT

Damn... I was going off of rating. didn't know actual numbers were that different. Guess it just makes the Omega that more worth it.
  20. Best tuning options for 2023 MT

I believe that peak power is very similar on both at the moment but the spool on the Omega is considerably quicker. Remnant is also going to release a higher flowing revised turbine housing which should make it outperform the DAW on both ends of the powerband. Actual impact on the spool after...
