I've been looking around but can't seem to get a good answer for this.
The limiter is set to 250kmh (155mph) for a stock engine.
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what a fully stock motor is capable of in the Supra without the speed limiter?
Also what happens if you hit higher speeds...
So... Quite some stuff happened in the meantime.
My Jarama interior emblems are on their way from Toyota.
They had no idea why my vehicle was delivered without them.
Also some major info. It seems Toyota goofed up badly in their press statements about the Jarama. It will not get Android Auto...
It's hard to judge without pictures or other footage.
That said though, it is highly unlikely the Supra wouldn't make it.
Unless there are other conditions that stop it from doing so (very sharp corner, snow, etc).
Sorry, the plate holder is already on the car. I forgot to update the start post about what I did ;)
Cool they allow you to do that. We have the option to get a motorcycle-esque plate for bigger vehicles. But those plates need to be larger than a real motorcycle license plate.
I had no other...
Like Danny said. Europe only has the Jarama edition which seems to have the same color as the A91 editions.
Europe doesn't get an A91 nor higher output engine due to emissions rules (hurray for sports cars )
Can you define the tuning problems? As far as we know there are no oil...
Give us some slack. We never got the higher powered A91 or any other American edition in Europe. Let us poor Euro's have something nice ?
Except maybe for the 2.0 Fuji speedway
Side note: Jarama is the Spanish racetrack where Toyota introduced the Supra to automotive journalists.
Tiny update. I contacted Toyota Belgium. They again stated new Supra's in Belgium should have Android Auto, or atleast very very soon. After that statement, they just said I need to contact Toyota Germany for my vehicle (since I imported it from Germany).
I guess that's the way Toyota handles...
Correct. But when he unlocked the vehicle, the turn signals in the headlights flashed sequentially. Like the tail lights from a modern Audi do too.
I remember it fondly because the salesman had little knowledge of the Supra and was really stoked about that feature.
About half a year ago, when I was looking for a Supra, I went to a small exclusive Porsche garage in Belgium that had an early 2020 black Supra for sale.
The salesman was showing me the car when I noticed something I've never seen on any other Supra before (or after).
When the vehicle was being...
Just saw this thread popping up. This might be your solution?

Fair enough. In defense of doing it yourself, it is quite foolproof. I did it for the first time yesterday.
Let me know if you want me to dabble through the settings for you (takes a bit of time).
Are you familiar with bimmercode and programming the system yourself? Maybe turning it permanently off is an option that can be remembered via bimmercode.
Let me summon @CarGuy11 Maybe he knows.
I'd wait at some place at the side of the road. Waiting 5 more minutes just to make sure I didn't got hit is worth more to me than spending more time at any paint shop ?
Correct. Was like it last time in my GT86, so...
12V comes out of the cig. lighter. Don't know the exact value. But I think Consultadrone is right, with me not grounding the black wire.
I think you're correct... Will try to ground the blackwire tomorrow.
EDIT: The problem was caused by me not properly grounding the black cable seen in the last picture.
I'm trying to wire my front dashcam via the front fuse box.
In my fuse box, F46 is the fuse that allows for 12v power (via the cigarette lighter).
I bought a fuse connector that allows me to...
EDIT: All 3 cushions were installed on the bumper were there was a possibility of the middle ridge of the license plate (see top ridge of the license plate holder picture) could dig into the bumper.
I believe the cushions were actually provided for the rear license plate holder. In my case that...
I just took delivery of my (horizon blue) Jarama Racetrack edition Supra.
I want to share some information I wasn't sure about, with all other (European) would-be buyers.
Android Auto
The press statements about the Jarama special edition states the vehicle has both Android Auto and Apple...
