CCW is fun but not a fan of the warehouse sweeper exit as it falls away and the turn onto front straight with the wall right there.
PCA's worth it. I think ClubSportExperience was looking at doing it at some point if SMMR allows it.
Thanks! My fronts were pretty cooked after that. Definitely need more camber seeing how far on the shoulder it's wearing. Figured i'll knock out suspension at the same time I upgrade the lower links.
Yeah I was going to run the bimmerchallenge but signups on Saturday are nuts already so we might just do the CCW on Sunday. You need to come out and do ClubSportExperience sometime at Spring Mountain. Super low car count and great setup. I had 4 cars in advanced this last weekend.
Been running a good amount of HPDE's and have worked up to advanced groups and got my initial certification for becoming an instructor (non ride along). I think i've about maxed out the stock suspensions potential on RE71RS's. There's so many flavor of the day setups now depending on the...
Seen a video about Donkervoort using this Conflux charge cooler. Pretty cool little unit that's 3d printed. Sure it costs an arm and a leg.

My wife's pretty cool when it comes to doing fiberglass and other smelly things in the garage but the diff fluid change the other week was the turning point. Smelled like a frat house laundry room for a week.
I had few ask for the file so I've uploaded my updated version where I widened it and added another set of bolts for better clamping power. (4) 5x40mm hex sockets w/ heat inserts needed. Printed in PA6-CF but i assume ASA or ABS would work as well. Just line it with some thin felt or thin...
Seems like a good solution for those not wanting to swap out the entire manifold or add additional capacity for those with higher power using aftermarket manifolds + pre throttle body.
I was watching a Larry Chen video with a B48 swapped E36 and they had a custom pre throttle body heat exchanger which I thought was an interesting solution. They noted doing this as they're melting throttle bodies due to turbo temps. Has anyone seen this on the Supra / B58?
Has SPL solved their bearing issues? Are we still recommending verkline or others now? I'm at the point of needing more camber than the Verus plates and stock concentric rears.
It's a nice piece with Cerakote, I felt like it would just eventually radiate heat. I applied some DEI adhesive heat shield to the inside before installing to help a bit.
I'm a youtube certified aerodynamicist as of yesterday after watching this video. Something something tire squirt strake and mount it further forward. Regardless you might find something useful from this.
Ouch yeah it's +40 per tire on 285/19's. I guess I'm so use to everything being 20% more and health insurance eating my a$$ this next year that 40 bucks seemed reasonable.
