I imported my Supra new into CA and it was required to have smog.
There was no tailpipe testing only OBD. Not sure if my guy was lazy but didn’t do a visual. When I brought my WRX in to CA, they did run a mirror underneath.
That’s most likely not enough time, I would drive it 20-30 miles on the highway. Some OBD readers will tell you such as the Torque app, so you can get one to check
How long was it on map 0?
Usually you have to drive for awhile before emission sensors are ready. How long it takes for them to be ready after reflating is dependent on a few things. But usually 30-50 miles of driving.
I suspect there will be a MY26 since production ends 3/2026. Usually final year runs are also announced as such, and I don't think there's been an announcement from Toyota this is the final year.
don't know any shops out there, but if you're willing to make a few hours drive i've heard good things about dialed in autohaus, you can check with them to see the price for install

I got one from eBay, TRD style for $200, and have the same experience. The CF is decent. The fit is pretty good, just the driver side toward the front lifted up, but the rest fits pretty well. I bought 3M tape instead of using the thin tape it came it. Been on for 6 months.
I've seen it on FW website for awhile, ~6 months-ish.
I haven't seen anyone with a Kenji dp say they got a CEL, but have seen many posts where people use other defoulers and get a CEL.
So I'm thinking the FW defouler is pretty good?
I have no experience with PPF but I got my bumper and front partial done, it was precut, SunTek, and it was really good. Looking at the curves and lines, not sure how any one can hand cut it., lol
