I have MSS, and can only compare them to stock.
They are definitely stiffer than stock, but in normal mode it’s not as noticeable. And on rough roads, normal is still very comfortable to me.
Saw this offered by AutoTuner. The major difference appears to be that you have to physically open your DME for them. And after you send it in, it looks like it can then be bench unlocked.
It also says a dealer update doesn’t affect it.

Anyone know of where to get one in glossy CF to match the OEM? I reached out to NV but they never responded. I also contacted a couple of companies that make CF trim pieces and they were not going to make them.

Had a shop do mine, was told you have to take off the exhaust to install. So I had the shifter install done with exhaust, and was charged an additional hour.
For me the most helpful Bimmer Code adjustments were keeping the dash brighter, and in reverse the passenger mirror not tilting so low.
IIRC, people who changed the rear strut bar to a thinner one like HKS, were able to move the seat further a couple more inches.
If you want cooler temps would get the box.
There are intakes that have box and increase intake noises like MST/MAD/Kyostar or Armaspeed.
Aftermarket turbo heatshield would be helpful as well.
