If I'm not wrong ETS offers a 4" downpipe. But I can't remember if it is catted or catless. You can also contact BoostLogic they offer a 4" exhaust with the 4" downpipe. Contact them and ask if you can buy the 4" dp by it self without the exhaust.

I keep them at 32-30 psi. But over here it is very hot and the sun is scorching soooo yeah. If you want to drag the car drop the pressure you will get more traction.
Preferably yes. As flow of the whole exhaust will change. Also why would you want to eliminate the factory restriction. Unless you are pushing somewhere around 700+ then don't go out of your way to eliminate the restriction.
