I can play videos through Samsung screen mirroring on my phone and turning off the the " disable videos while in motion" setting in bimmercode. I was never able to do it with an iPhone, however I didn't try too hard since I mostly use Android.
Catted downpipes that have a no CEL guarantee:
-Active Autowerke
-MST
Catless downpipes that don't throw a CEL (by method of a defouler to spoof the sensor):
-Armytrix
-Kenji Garage
All of these pipes could throw a CEL under the right conditions, although they usually don't. The only way to...
I was stuck behind a guy in traffic doing this for legitimately 35 minutes straight. On the throttle for 3 seconds, off for 3 seconds, over and over again just to listen to his pops. I was bewildered as to how they didn't get tired of it after the first minute or two.

While we're on the subject, does anyone know where I could get a replacement bleeder screw for the slave cylinder?
I rounded it off while doing my CDV delete and had to finish the job with channel locks to tighten it back up. Not looking forward to the next time I have to bleed.
I've had good luck at performance/tuning shops. Find one that has done work on track cars. I think it was like $140 out the door and they were very familiar with working on aftermarket suspension pieces
Yeah, as GMsuperfan said, people even have trouble getting rid of these for free. Perhaps a scrap yard would give you a few bucks for it. I'm going to hang mine up on the wall of my garage for a cool decoration piece.
I have plans to get my calipers powder coated in the nearish future. I know there's some places local to me, but I haven't looked into their work yet, so I'm interested.
