check out the Apex site just for figment suggestions. They tried a ton off options. Stock suspension you will need spacers and there are limits even with those. I was told a 275/40 18 would likely rub up front even with optimal offset
Great job Mark. Strange your variance for your top three is low but your optimal is nearly 2sec faster. Im new to Garmin trying to figure that out, traffic?
Bryan I like the theory of the speed engineering cold air intake. Honestly I was just think about making a cutout in the high pressure area without the snorkel. Are you tracking IATs? I would love to know if it is worth it
I am having individual EGT sensors placed on each runner of my Elise manifold. Cylinders not uncommonly run at different temps even when the injectors are all well balanced. Hot cylinders are pretty common and it has a lot to do with the intake manifold design. Even more common in boosted...
Ok so I will stick with 275 for my 18x10 ET 30s but what about 40 instead of the 35 aspect ratio? Apex suggested the 40s might rub With OEM suspension but how about with the camber plates. If it was fender rub maybe I would be fine.
digatron has coilovers I checked his build thread. So it is unclear whether the 295 RE71RSs will fit OEM springs and struts with Camber plates. My camber plates will help clearing the fender but not the springs. I'm not sure which side will be more of an issue honestly. I could use a small...
Are you on stock suspension? Camber plates? You got me thinking about this size for my 18X10s ET 30s. Overall diameter 0.5” smaller in back and 0.4“ larger in front. I know a lot of people will comment about the 10” width but as I have said before the loss in performance of not having the tire...
I went for a ride today in the Northeast. I was waiting for a day in the forties (46) as recommended for the PSSs. I managed to put on a show taking a left thru a 4 way intersection as the rear end stepped WAY WAY out. Thank goodness the nannies were full on. Man these tires have absolutely no...
I debated which offset to go with on my Apex 18x10s. I decided on 10" ET 30s as opposed to most of the wider set-ups here. I am staying with the OEM struts and springs. I want to run the particularly wide CRSs 275/35s. I do have plates and close to -3.0 up front so I am hoping I will not rub...
