Due to high blood pressure, my doctor advised me to wear a douche-cancelling helmet. For some reason, as soon as I clicked on that video, the visor went dark and the headphones cut out. Weird...
I really really hope the license plate bracket is a dealer prep item instead of being factory installed. Every car I've ever ordered, I told the sales guy to make sure the techs didn't mount the bracket. Worked like a champ up until my Audi. Those bastards do it at the factory...
Two explinations spring to mind:
1. It's an old picture just newly posted, or...
2 If it is a recent pic, it could be since these are early pre-production cars the paint jobs may not be up to par (orange peel, overspray, contam fisheye...etc) and Toyota doesn't want them photographed that way.
Star Wars background prop reference... I think you may have turned the geek knob up to 11 and broke it off.

Since I'm tall and have to move the display up to clear the steering wheel, the display on my Audi...
Ha ha. I remember when I used to drive my track-prepped Datsun 510 with my track tires in the space where the backseat used to be. I used to dread the ride home. My goodness do hot r-compound tires stink!
I think the 86/BRZ is an excellent car for a beginning enthusiast to learn vehicle dynamics and control. Ditch the stock bicycle tires for a some real rubber, and it's good fun.... as long as the road is twisty enough.
Yeah HP is cheap and ubiquitous these days. You'll have a lot of would be buyers watching the commercials and thinking "335HP? My big 4-door grocery hauler has 300, and it's not fast at all..."
This is true.
Some of the larger aftermarket companies are also OEM suppliers, and often get pre-production parts to jumpstart aftermarket development.
