  1. Small, side mounted OEM storage net for trunk?

This is the closest I’ve found. The center hole is 6mm, but being that it is slotted, it might be possible to shave it enough to squeeze into 5mm. https://www.ebay.com/itm/124470759423
  2. Small, side mounted OEM storage net for trunk?

I’ve been searching online and have not found anything yet. The key is the 5mm-center hole. A possible solution is a self-locking plastic cap and drill a 5mm hole.
  3. Small, side mounted OEM storage net for trunk?

I purchased one from toyotaparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com, and it too came with only one grommet. I contacted the seller about the missing part and they said their system shows exactly what I got, that the net Is a factory replacement component and grommets are not sold separately as they should...

  5. Supra garage door opener

I did a couple of tests on the weekend… I hit the programmed button about a 100 feet and no clear sight from my garage (another house and vegetation in between). The door was already open by the time i got to my driveway.
  6. Supra garage door opener

I have a Liftmaster system too, and the Supra always opens it from about 50 feet away and a single click. Not any different than Liftmaster’s own remote.
  7. Car cover for Supra 2020?

Depends on purpose and budget. There are indoor only, outdoor/indoor, all weather, padded to minimize dings, etc. There are many brands that offer from budget to high-end covers. Covercraft and Coverking are the most well known brands. I’ve been satisfied with Coverking for several cars...
  8. Front plate placement / Let's see those personalized License plates

I personally went with the Sto-N-Sho. It’s easy to install, and takes a few seconds to remove for a clean look, and to put back for law-compliance. https://www.amazon.com/STO-SHO-License-Bracket-Toyota/dp/B07YL7P8M1 Note, the seller hasn’t updated the photos. The new design uses an X-shaped...
  9. What did you do to your Supra today?

Toyota recommends locking the car to protect the battery. This is from the welcome brochure they mail to new owners.
  10. Any Formula 1 Engineers on here?

This might help with understanding exhaust back pressure: You could always submit a suggestion: http://www.howdoesacarwork.com/p/video-suggestions.html
  11. Wind Noise & Buffeting Fixes

I got the YSWY door guards (I like their styling better than Hypersonic), and tested them up to 80mph and had zero buffeting with both windows down. Buffeting occurs at lower speeds if only one window is down, and the lowest is with passenger window down.
  12. Wind Buffeting Resolution (for me anyway..)

I too forget I installed the cheap edge guards, until I reach into my wallet and see the extra $190.
  13. Wind Buffeting Resolution (for me anyway..)

I personally like the YSWY model better than the Hypersonic: https://www.amazon.com/Stickers-Protector-Defender-Collision-Anti-rub/dp/B08FZCXFNV/ref=pd_ybh_a_5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PNSMJMATFFEEW6NDYZMF
  14. What did you do to your Supra today?

Quite possibly a HUBO… highway unidentified bouncing object.
  15. Carplay has disappeared

I have found that if WiFi and Bluetooth are not on before I start the car, CarPlay won’t activate. Turning them on after starting the car hasn’t helped. Iā€˜ve never had any CarPlay issues apart from those conditions.
  16. Tempted to sell my car

I don’t know about selling a car to Vroom, but I’d never buy one from them based on what Roman from TFL went through.
  17. Wind Noise & Buffeting Fixes

You’ll need to cut a bit of the lower end. I used the included tape to draw an angled line for a cleaner fit. You could take the time to draw a curved line, and if you’re good with a blade, you could get an even better fit.
  18. Wind Noise & Buffeting Fixes

I posted this a few months ago: I got to test the YSWY edge guards on the highway over the weekend. Up to 80mph, I got no buffeting with both windows down. With driver’s window down I got minor buffeting over 70mph, and with passenger window down I got a bit more buffeting over 60mp. I’ll have...
