  2. Brake Pad Recommendations?

I got Z23 for that very reason. Barely any dust now.
  3. PhD Racing Supra Wins At Long Beach Global Time Attack

Let’s go Jackie! Let’s go Brandon!
  4. Nail in tire w/o air loss

I had something similar happen. I took to Costco and for $10 they patched it, filled it with nitrogen, and checked the other tires.
  5. NHTSA Recalls (Aug 3, 2021) - Remedy Available

Carplay is part of Supra Connect, which as per note 12 of the 2020 Supra brochure: 12. Not available on Supra vehicles with a 6.5-in. display screen. Includes a 4-year trial period, except Enhanced Roadside Assistance, which is a 2-year period. Enrollment in a paid subscription required upon...
  6. Extended warranty

Extended warranty benefits are subjective. I had it on a Land Rover and it paid itself off. I managed to get it for free on an Audi TT, and I never used it. The Supra, being a BMW, might need it. I could’ve gotten a five-year warranty, with zero deductible, for $1500 from my credit union, but I...
  7. What did you do to your Supra today?

Someone once said the same thing, just as I was getting out of my car. I simply said, “Thanks, I think this is the best looking BMW”. I could tell he tried to come up with some smart remark, but all he did was smile.
  8. Advice choosing a new Supra

Considering that a number of 2021s have an issue with burning oil (unlike the 2020s), I’d suggest going with the 2022. It’s possible that issue has been resolved in the new models.
  9. Stock top speed without vmax?

    Not the Autobahn, but…
  10. Aftermarket Steering Wheels...

Very nice!! I assume you have watched the various installation videos. Not all are detailed enough so you have to piece together the necessary information, like needing to push the air bag while you fish for the clips (takes only two minutes if you do it right). A couple of things I noticed...
  11. Clear Coat Damage on OEM Rims?

I would check with guys who fix curb rash. They can probably touch up those nicks, right on your driveway.
  12. What Don't You Like About Your New Supra?

With absolute certainty, it is my favorite of all cars I’ve owned. ?
  13. What Don't You Like About Your New Supra?

What I dislike most is the Toyota emblem. My wife says it looks like Woody from Toy Story. Paint or CF won’t cover that. I wish Toyota had designed a Supra emblem, like Nissan did with the Z, or Ford with the Mustang, etc.
  14. Keeping those wheels clean!

Perfect! Had my mechanic loosen the bolt, after that, swapping was a breeze. Tanks!
  15. Keeping those wheels clean!

My trusted mechanic, who specializes in BMWs, said you only need to replace that bolt when the pads are worn out. BTW, I have a set of OEM pads with just under 5k miles, if anyone local is interested in buying them. I’m in the IE.
  16. What did you do to your Supra today?

    PMed you. Thanks!
  17. What did you do to your Supra today?

Could you provide specs on those rear Blitz bolts? Would like to buy similar ones to use on a 2020.
  18. Anyone else having issues with reconnecting back Carplay after viewing Blackvue Dash Cam footage?

CarPlay in the Supra has and odd characteristic: it only works if your phone’s WiFi and Bluetooth are “on“ before you start the engine. Turning one or both on after you start the engine does not work.
  19. Anyone else having issues with reconnecting back Carplay after viewing Blackvue Dash Cam footage?

A device can only connect to one WiFi source at the time, that’s per design. Have you tried manually switching your phone’s WiFi from your camera to your car? If that doesn’t work, you probably have to restart the car after disconnecting the camera. The only times I’ve needed to access my...
  20. M Performance G80 M3/G82 M4 Carbon Shift Paddles on Supra

The trick is to press the air bag while you are unclipping it. It takes less than a couple of minutes to pop out if you do that.
