My dealer told me they got off the phone with Toyota and told me tests drives in May with cars arriving in June/July On the livestream they mentioned potentially a track day before the May road test drive. This is all U.K. mind you

Well in the U.K. you can put money down for one and I know all the specification of the car. I’ve had a livestream showcasing every aspect of the car (minus the heads up display). As far as I’m concerned that’s released. Money down on a product but there’s a wait time.

Some fair points. First I don’t think anyone’s “plaguing” the forum, the point of an open forum is different opinions and ideas. Second, there’s a big difference in 7:40 and 7:49. And lastly the supra has been released. It was released at Detroit.

Exactly this. Surely if it can do the claimed time then the perfect time to announce that was at the actual reveal? I don’t think it can do it in production trim. Personally, I think we’re looking more at BMW M2 territory. Otherwise why wouldn’t Toyota just come out and say it?

Agree with the comments on here, that’s ugly. I kind of feel like they were having a nervous twitch and wanted to make it a SUV but someone had to keep reminding them it’s supposed to be a sedan/saloon...
