The Supra is priced just right. I don’t think Toyota is building the Supra just to hype up the brand. If that’s the case, they could just ruin the image of Toyota if they don’t live up to “high” expectations, especially from die-hard enthusiasts. Toyota has been well known to be successful when...
With Tada hinting that the Supra might be Toyota’s last present to petrol heads, I wonder what powertrains will future 86, Supra, and the upcoming small sports car use?
I agree with him. Toyota already mentioned back then that it’s not about the numbers. It’s more on the feel and performance. Did he mention anything regarding manual?
All of the colors are either red, white, or black. I’ve only seen one blue and one silver. Haven’t seen the gray yet at the garage. Phantom matte gray and yellow are already seen on a different batch of photos as well.
As much as I want a new Supra, I’m just willing to pay at MSRP or even lower(after discount and incentives). I’m willing to wait for the right price to come at the right time. I always keep in mind what Toyota President & CEO said during the A90 Supra’s launch...”All good things come to those...
Perhaps they need more time for r & d in order to make a true driver’s car with manual, with the Supra. They took a lot of time and r & d before they launched the Supra. For sure they’ll do the same thing with the manual. They do things more carefully(as compared to other automakers) and only...
The article says only the base variant Z4 sDrive 20i will be available with manual. Regarding the Supra, I hope manual will be available with the 3.0-liter inline-6 variant.
Forgot to mention about the cheap looking black plastic side mirror caps of the base Supra. I hope Toyota could have upped it a bit, give it some paint and details, better fit and finish.
They just put a divider for the driver to feel that he’s separated from everything else. Aside from that...
What is the real meaning of driver-focused cockpit? How do you define it? With the case of the 86, when it was launched back in 2012, there were no fancy featured; felt so outdated, and didn’t even have steering wheel-mounted controls. Toyota said it’s because the car was intended to have a...
There’s just something wrong with the badge. It just doesn’t feel or look right. It could take some time in order for us to getting used to the appearance and feel of the Toyota badge. As Toyota said, they will keep on improving the Supra. Aftermarket is the best solution for now. No idea why...
Is the Toyota badge on the nose different than the badge on the trunk? Is it like some sort of a hard plastic sticker? If Toyota could have made a new Supra emblem look outstanding, why not make their logo like of any other Toyotas? Not sure why they went this way; probably because of...
There’s a new Mustang right around the corner; and it will utilize the engine of the Focus RS, and will still be offered with a 6-speed manual. Bring it on Supra! I know you deserve this treatment as well.:yes...
I think the “Toyota Supra Connect” is only available in selected countries. :(
I think there’s a catch here...the subscription. You’ll have to pay monthly or yearly fees in order to use this; not for free.
If that’s the case, then the C8 will be the very first mid-engined Corvette; since all previous 7 Corvettes are front-engined. Is this move a good thing?
What I mean is, how would die-hard Corvette owners and fans react to this major move by Chevrolet? :hmm:
Well, that would be cool! By replacing the front rotors with drilled and slotted or vented ones will definitely put the Supra in a different braking category. Springs....not sure if it will affect the electronic suspension setup once modified.
I’d also want to figure out about those fake...
Aftermarket tuners find the 2020 Toyota Supra a promising sports car platform.
.....and according to Paul Pilpa, sales and marketing for Tein USA, "Completely left alone, it is an already very capable sports car," of the Supra and its suspension...
IMO, the A90 is best for the driver alone. It’s a driver’s car; a car for the driver(not for the passenger/s). If you have a passenger beside you, it’s already considered a bonus. But me, personally, I’d prefer driving a Supra alone so I could have all the focus enjoying the drive. I would...
