I ordered a new install kit, hoping worst case is just the top gasket wore out and oil Is seeping past under boost

Back again.. I’m having an oil leak from the turbo again, pulling it off tomorrow to see why.

Yea, I will on Monday when the cars on the lift again so I can take pictures of the leak. I’ll give it anther try. But has anyone else had any issues with the catch can?

The catch can I constantly leaking from the o ring at the end. And Iv replaced the seal twice.

Has any one had any issues with the mishimoto catch can? I replaced the o ring and piping, and im having alot of oil leaking from the catch can. Everything is securely tightened. Should I just remove it, or try warranty for the catch can again?

I was wondering what braided brake lines are best for our car? I see so many brands but no reviews. Planning on going with R1 concepts BBK soon, but for now ill be running CSG C1 front pads / CE1 rear pads with SRF brake fluid.

I’m not sure, I used a 5w40 for a month and then got the light, so I switched back to a 0w30, everyone I know has been using a heavier weight but they’ve had no issues. So maybe just premature failure on some part

Yes, I’m using a autel OBD scanner and a dealer scanner. First got the code on my Ecutek racerom and using the professional scanners to see if there were any pending codes as well.

I’m actually going to change out mine soon, I just got the parts from toyota. A vanos solenoid and 2 bolts. One for exhaust and one for intake. What were the part numbers you used for the bolt assemblies?
