If you don't have hood pins on a carbon hood:
1) Your install isn't done.
2) You are begging for the hood to fly open and smash your windshield.
Do with this information what you will.
Just build your current trans. It's much simpler and is the same amount of labor. Probably costs the same. And it'll hold considerably more power.
Your idea is a waste of time and money with no upside.
Yes, I read your full post and I don't care.
When the offset number goes lower, the edge-of-rim/face of the wheel moves outwards towards the fender. So a +25 offset is 5mm closer to the fender than a +30 offset, for example. I think that's what you were saying, but just want to establish a clear baseline between us to be safe.

This seems correct. When you add +1 inch to the wheel, -10 on the tire profile ends up being the same diameter. 25 sidewall is very thin; the tire selection will be poor; and the ride quality will be pretty uncomfortable. Example: 305/30R19 is same diameter (roughly) as 295/30R20.

Suspension: no need. Stock is fine.
Brakes: no need. Stock is fine.
Wheels/tires: goes without saying. No stock setup is going to hold 750 on the street.
+1 for Remnant Performance. This is my second RP kit across two cars in five years, and I've never had better customer service on a purchase. Like, not just "best in auto parts," but best I've ever had for ANYTHING. It helps that the product is great, too. :)
It's because the OEM DME calibration isn't designed for more. There's no mechanical or material restriction against running more. Once the DME is tuned to run more, the next limit is fuel pumping capacity of the stock fuel system. None of this impacts longevity, safety, or reliability from...
You don't need any sort of canceler or simulator. The car does not throw an infotainment screen code from unplugging the valve or pulling the fuse. Your CEL will not light up. The car will not alert you or warn you in any way. Nothing happens except an invisible error is stored in the ECU, which...
