  1. Toyota News Thread

Or a Scion S-FR if it makes it to the US :) IMO this is good for the FR-S. Gives it a better chance of living on despite the dropping sales numbers.
  2. Toyota News Thread

http://pressroom.toyota.com/releases/scion+transition+toyota.htm Makes some sense if Toyota is still going after the 3 sports car lineup to badge them all as Toyotas all around the world.
  3. Red Toyota FT-1 Concept at Various Auto Shows & Events

What's funny is that once the prototype is finally spied, it'll probably be a hacked up frankenstein looking car just for testing purposes but the entire online car world will start screaming they butchered the FT1 concept and the Supra MKV is doomed!
  4. Crickets... give us some news Toyota!

Does Toyota have some private test track in Japan that they test cars at? Most of the spy photographs are taken in Europe and the USA so if Toyota has been testing the Supra MKV prototype at a private track in Japan, the chances of us seeing a spy pic might not be good.

  8. Will FT-1 concept follow the FT-86 timeline?

Do you remember how much time was between the 1st and 2nd LC concept?
  9. Red Toyota FT-1 Concept at Various Auto Shows & Events

Definitely looks like amber turn signals and yea the tail lights are one of my favorite parts of the FT-1 that I hope don't get dumbed down for production.
  10. Will new Supra have to compete with next Nissan 370Z (300Z?)

I don't think they'll be competitors. Nissan said they want the next Z car to be more cheaper and more mainstream, so it doesn't sound like they're looking to move the Z upmarket. -- source: http://www.motoring.com.au/nissan-370z-to-live-on-100396/
  11. Crickets... give us some news Toyota!

I hope. Just wish we saw some recent Supra prototypes driving around. Would at least signal that things are moving forward without Toyota having to say anything officially.

  13. Toyota confirms Supra revival concept for 2016 reveal

Looks like hybrid is inevitable. What does everyone think of it? I was really hoping it wouldn't go that route especially seeing how heavy the NSX ended up being (3800 pounds) because of the hybrid power plant.
  14. 40th anniversary for Toyota's Calty Design Research, Creators of the FT-1 Concept

Looks like we won't see anything next month at Tokyo auto show then :( Doesn't it seem like a final decision has been up for approval/disapproval so many times now
  15. Will FT-1 concept follow the FT-86 timeline?

Curious what do you base this prediction on?
  16. Will FT-1 concept follow the FT-86 timeline?

Kind of scary how silent it's been on the car. Really hope it's not a sign of it never coming. I been watching reviews of the Mustang GT350 and GT350R. Makes me wish Toyota had a car to compete with those, which is what the new Supra could be. I can't get over the interior styling and...
  17. Production-Spec Acura NSX to Debut at the Detroit Motor Show in January

Wow this car is never coming lol! It's now going to be a 2017 model year wtf. Glad (hope) we won't see this kind of fiasco with the new Supra.
