So after roughly 1 year and 4 months, I should be taking delivery of not-my-supra this week..
Like many of you, my Supra essentially went MIA. Delivery pushed from May, to July, to now September and I'm sure it'll be pushed again. SO! needless to say my patience was running thin. Per the...
Same here.. was pushed from May to July 14th (my sales guy says Toyota lost a contract with one of their shipping companies which caused the initial push back.)
Now it just keeps getting pushed back over and over with no explanation.
Yup! Anytime I reach out to my rep he's always super helpful and provides as much info/detail that he can.
But I put my deposit down the day the MT was officially announced (end of April 22'), finally got my allocation about 8 months afterward with a estimated delivery date of end of May 23'...

Vessel Arrival: 5/10/23

Put my deposit down as soon as the manuals were announced back in April 2022.
Waited.. waited.. waited..
Finally got an allocation a couple months ago and was told departure from the factory would be 4/28.
Last week was told the departure date was moved back 3 months to 7/15......
*Sigh*
Dealership near me doesn't sell above MSRP but wanted a $1000 non-refundable deposit.
Found out my co-worker knew the owner so that turned into a $1000 refundable deposit.
Told me I was the first one in line too.
Confirmed custom ordering isn't possible, but I'd have first dibs on whatever...
