THIS!! I am excited/hopeful that with the release and excitement around the MKV, companies will also start updating or producing new parts for the MKIV as well. Doubtful, but you never know
I'm definitely excited to get behind the wheel of one of these cars! I know I wont be purchasing one new, but definitely a couple years after initial release
I feel if Toyota can do it with the LC 70, they can do it with the MKIV. They would sell a ton of these cars because, not only do people want a clean MKIV in today's market, but banks would be able to finance this car as well...opening up a lot more buyers to the car than just cash buyers.
This is why I don't see BMW offering this car as an M model as some people have stated. If they are already asking $63k before dealer packages, markup, etc, this car will fail miserably. The manual and S58 rumor, if it's true, will find its way to the Supra GRMN
I disagree with this 100% lol. If Toyota was able to somehow pull off a limited run of say...1,500 V160 TT MKIV's, they wouldn't have even hit showroom floors. I guarantee they would have all been spoken for the second it was announced
I think the only people thankful are the people on this forum. I'll randomly click on the comments when I see a post from Toyota on FB and it's always about 20:1 ratio of dislike:like. I'm excited to see one in person, but I'm also not in love with the car
Because they want their new engineers to feel how much better a 25 yr old car feels to their new modern BMW Supra! :stirthepot:
In all honesty it's probably to see how it matches up. I mean, it was spied running with the new NSX, the GT86, etc... They're probably all scratching their heads and...
I was a kid as well when the MKIV was for sale and remember seeing them at the dealers and drooling! I think the main issue is that everyone would have liked to see a little more of input from Toyota on this car. As it sits now, its a straight BMW car with a Toyota skin. If Toyota would have...
When was a Z4M confirmed? BMW has stated multiple times they have no interest in making an M model of this car. I'm mean... where would the pricing even begin considering the Z4 m40i will start at $65K? I think we may be looking at the GRMN Supra powerplant
