DP on the mkv is fairly easy to replace with basic hand tools.

From my experience with a catted downpipe, if you let the engine heat up to temp before driving, it won’t come on. I’ve had a occasions in which the cel will pop on almost immediately if you just start up the engine and go. I hope that helps.

Roads have improved a lot in the last 10years. And as for the domestics around here, they seem to behave pretty well when I’m in the Supra.
