This very issue just started up for me as well....
Only at idle, at a very narrow rpm range (600~650 rpm), I get this faint tapping / drumming finger noise which sounds like its coming from somewhere in the front center dash area between the steering wheel and center vent ...If I tap the...
The 2020 Supra was my only consideration...
I owned a '17 MX-5 RF which was nimble but gutless, then a '18 C7 Corvette which was fast but not very nimble...And now a GR Supra which I call my Goldilocks sports car that's both fast and nimble...

Another option to consider which doesn't require using Bimmercode...
You can also remove the plug from the ASD module to disable it which doesn't require any coding at all...This only takes 15 min to remove 2 panels, unplug the ASD module, and reinstall panels...
I actually removed the ASD plug that connects to the Audio AMP today to verify if noise or low level signals were still active from ASD module after being disabled using Bimmercode...the lines were quiet...

All you really need to do is modify the...

I recently had the panels off in the cargo area and also did some further investigation into the OE audio system wiring and component layout ...Here is what I have gathered so far which might or might not be helpful...I don't have pin designations...
