I would assume backups are "current settings" prior to the change you are making (aka a restore point). If I'm correct, if you used your last backup as a restore point, you would have to re-apply what ever change you made post that point.

Do you have any tweaks via Bimmercode by chance? I've wondered if they would remain post update.

Not sure - I have a tuned '21 (Visconti) and from my understanding, it's the same ECU/DME as the '20's but with a different calibration file.

Running Stg2 from @visconti on my '21 with catted AA DP and cold start is disabled. RPMs bounce for a second or 2 and then idles fine. My understanding is that the cat heats up quickly so cold start isn't needed.

Before going the ECUTEK route on my '21, I had a JB4 and the sport displays reflected stock numbers regardless.

@underdonk , i noticed the same thing with mine. I might hit the small shield area with the grinder just to take about 1/8" off.

How much space is between the intake heat shield and the manifold?

Unless your intake physically sits on the turbo , you will not have any interference issues.

Don't quote me but I believe most like the Pure800 are the same from an outside dimension perspective so I would assume so.

Talk about fast shipping- ordered it Friday and it arrived today. Haven't installed it yet but looks to be easier than the version for the 2020.
