So kind of like a child?
BMW: I don't really want this car as a benchmark but it would be cool if we did it.
Toyota: Say no more:
BMW: You fools, played right in our trap.
Again, if their car is fighting the boxster s which would divide the market up for those wanting a top down convertible...
Is Toyota giving bogud info here?
Told that prior to the supra reaching stores, there would be training videos and documents for the salesmen to learn so they know how to market the car and will happen as we get closer to release
400 hp at 41k usd?
No, not possible.
Again, if this 500 hp variant does exist, either it is in VERY limited qualities and personally ordered around 77k...or Toyota just wants to ruin the dynamics of the sport car entry by saying yep, we just went there
335 hp with 3060 lbs sounds fucking nuts.
Most likely the 3300 is the fully decked out option.
Hey @A70TTR, what was the weight of the car...3060 or something?
Welp, going back to weight and MAH Horsepower.

Nice interivew
Closest thing you'll get to amazing style is Lexus and it will be heavy to incorporate the understated, business look. Loaded with luxury and weight, it won't be the pure sports car but it'll do everything right most likely, just not excel at it.
The subtweets in that last twitter message sounds as if they had driven it. Also saying the Gran turismo driving of the supra is not on par with the real world one.
EDIT: In which I mean the real life version is better.
There's some games that can change you on that matter.
But good to know that they didn't eschew the backseats just cause. There was no practicality at all.
Again, if the car is coming in at 425HP with all that TSS stuff and weighing 3250, I'd be shocked if it came in at around 55k cause it would be affordable but also a demon on tracks, not drag strips and still be a GT car on the weekdays.
But if Toyota were to bump up the power to 550-600 with a...
See note above but reminder that A70 listed the motor cranking 350 at the moment with a chance to reliably handle 750 HP after tuning. Also, Toyota USA might want more power to fend off the highway monsters in the US so it can be bumped to 425-450
Unless there's something I'm missing and the...
This.
Let the car be taken for a ride by the press and community, have a warm reception and when people think, man, what else can this car do? Release a GRMN version that answers just that. Though, I can't imagine the Supra being able to launch under 3 seconds at that price point. If anything...
