    PSI is relative. Absolute numbers are a more accurate comparison. I run am able to make plenty of power on e50 with the stock fuel system. And in 91/93 I am typically octane limited before fuel limited. The fuel flow is limited in that rpm range. But there should be sufficient for pump fuels.

    The stock fuel system is good for over 600HP on pump gas. The stock system just struggles down low on ethanol rich fuels since the fuel pump capacity cannot flow enough as it is mechanically pumped.

    Ecutek provides tuner with a fully defined ECU to edit. MHD does not provide 30k tables to edit. They have a definition floating around that has some stuff but i havent seen any recent ones with the stuff I need. So you need to define it your self as a tuner.     I blew my charge pipe clamp shortly after i put mine on. I just tightened it and i never had another problem. If the tune is off the boost presure on shift can get pretty high and could give extra issue.

    If you are more concerned with the warranty I would A) keep it stock, or B) go with a JB4. If you want power... EcuTek is going to give you plenty of smiles per hour. =D I haven't used the JB4 on this platform but I haven't seen a lot of complaints about it causing issues. YVMV

    This will not work with EcuTek. EcuTek requires can bus based ouptut. This outputs the raw digital signal from the sensor (50-150hz). I dont know of anything about BM3 if they have progress on flex fuel or not, and if they will be using can bus or analog input.

    On most platforms it just does an initial 1 count. Yes your dealer could see this count. Im not the best at sugar coating it. And honestly these cars seem to be holding up well so I am not too concerned.

    yeah that learning bit... unless you just put it on doesn't require heavy learning. These cars adapt extremely fast. They use real time closed loop fueling and can adjust on the fly. They don't need multiple tanks of fuel to "feel things out"

    Go above their head and ask to change it early. There is no reason you cannot use your free oil chanes early. They beneift by this quite a bit.
