yea from what you're seeing my money's on red and blue. have any backprobes? see what voltage reading you get from the 2 with the key on pos 2. adding the voltage up should be at or very near 5v.
non DD but lowered with a front lip. I plan my routes carefully lol. ill gladly go out of my way to take a freeway that isnt under construction or in desperate need of one. before arriving somewhere I'll already have an idea of parking and which driveways to use. I use the same 3-4 gas...
The car itself took a year and half to get to me lol so i already knew everything else was going to be a wait. so far everything i've ordered (new) is backordered.
wheels; Japan, 4 more months i hope
centercaps for said wheels, backordered
swift springs for my coils were backordered
brake...
give it a good smack downwards. the knob is press fitted on so maybe it wasnt smashed down from the assembly line. if that doesnt work remove it by pulling straight up. take a peek and see if something fell in there.
I'm curious. what's everyone's reasoning for going Ohlins for chasing a track focused setup if there's options like the Clubsports, Hipermax x, etc.. I chose O R/T's specifically for the use of oem top hats for a more street focused setup.. Maybe i'm missing something..
awesome write up and review. had some questions for ya.
any increased noise from the transmission with the stiffer bushings?
any chance of having an option for one with a 12x1.25 / 12x 1.5 threaded end for an even larger option of shiftknobs?
thanks in advanced
Waited 10 months for my TE's (4runner). Currently 2 months out of 6 in waiting for my Advans. Work hard enough so that you forgot you ordered wheels lol, that's how i get by.
maybe a mod can move this thread into the New Jersey section of the forum. surely someone on there wouldn't mind. i drove the automatic one at dealers before i decided to order a MT. i just assumed it would get better and i was right lol
those v band clamps even when loose can still be a bit seized on there. take a small hammer and tap it free. Or from the bottom take a longish pry bar and medium hammer to knock it free. some pb might help if you dont mind the odor and mess it leaves behind.
