Not a fact but According to logic and all the information out there it’s only going to be slightly lighter than the z4. I’ll gladly say i’m Wrong if that ends up being the case but that’s unlikely. Why are people pushing for dreams instead of being realistic, is that so difficult?

You are just proving my point. The Supra is going to be about 250-300 pounds heavier. Do the math. The 3.6 seconds is not something that is repeatedly duplicated, just because one car on a perfect day, in the right conditions with the perfect driver hit that number doesn’t make it the official...

BMW USA says 0-60 in under 4.4 seconds. I don’t see the Supra being under 4, which is ok, that it still very impressive. What is not impressive is 25 years after the mkiv to only make such little improvement. Let’s see if Toyota has a surprise for us.

Z4. And 40hp does not equal .7 - .9 seconds faster 0-60. Nothing to debate here.

That’s a great point but I don’t think 40hp+ will make that big of a difference in the 0-60 times.

That’s all white noise. The car to look at is the Z4.

You have to stop thinking like that. Let’s just compare z4 to Supra since we know they are both using the same engine. We don’t need to worry about what engine, i’m Just comparing apples to apples at this point.
