I totaled a car under Liberty Mutual that had a rider for aftermarkets parts coverage of $12k. They did prorate some of the parts based on how long they had been on the car and in the end I got $9k over the market value of the car in that pay out.
Interesting, I have it in writing from my Statefarm agent that modifications will be covered as long as I have receipts for it. Other companies in the past I've gotten riders for extra parts and also kept the receipts for those stated values.
It's a similar ecu to the q50/q60's which it shares an engine with. They did "lock" those ECU's around THE 2020/2021 models, but that didn't take long for ECUtek to work around without needing a bench unlock. That said, the VR30 is not a great engine. Lower limits than the B58, and lots of...

I'm about to sign up for my free NASA day out at Mid-Ohio on May 25th through 26th. Anyone else planning on going to this event?
Edit: I've signed up for the May25th through 26th event.
OK track people, it looks like I can use my free event at either Ozarks international raceway or Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Anyone have a strong preference for one versus the other? Mid Ohio is about 3 hours closer to me than Ozarks is. This would be mid April for either.
