Where'd you get your spoiler from? I got mine from Automodz because apparently fitment was great and worked for me. If you got it there too might be a defect.

This might be a dumb suggestion but did you try turning off the lane keeping assist? it vibrates the steering wheel if it thinks you are past the line, it bugs out for me sometimes. try disabling it in the settings

I take mine to Parkway Toyota, they've been pretty good so far, oil change took 1:30 - 2 hours, recall took 2-3 hours, battery issue I had where they replaced battery took 1:30hour

I never connected my car to the app and don't have that problem. Use the car until the ecu arrives, the emergency call button is dumb anyway, they cant send any roadside since it connects to bmw all they can do is send police to your location which you can on your phone.

There is a handful of tuners doing that method where they ship your ECU to like russia or somewhere in Europe, Most people are just waiting for an actual unlock to come out without shipping the ECU. Not worth the potential of losing the ECU imo
