There's not really all that much more to changing the turbo. Make a friend with a driveway or find a place that rents a shop bay if need be. Like 90% of it is from the top.

Exhaust may be the same, but you're also dealing with slightly lower compression on the 21 and the 6 port vs 2 port. DP + tune can take care of any missing pops and bangs though.
With the upgraded turbo, there was definitely a lot more oil consumption and some fun smoke occasionally. Added a Verus AOS with the CCV drain back and that reduced the consumption drastically, still had a few random puffs of smoke, so I also added a VTT oil fil cap breather.
