I wonder if they’ll do the Z treatment on the R36. Just new body panels on a “modified chassis”.
I like the taillights if they can get close to that.
I’m on board with the idea that it’s a Supra with more “M” parts bolted on, but no S58. The Supra is already pretty close in power-to-weight ratio with the M2 due to lighter weight. The S58 would require the higher rated ZF trans in the G8X cars and presumably their axles, too.
Just seems like...
Adding my latest to the data pool. 3,200 Miles on the oil on a DP+93 tune car (with 20k miles) in FL. Early oil change only to get me back on regular, round number oil change/service intervals.
Tuned since 13.5k miles. Liqui Moly 5W-30 from 17k miles (i.e. this report).
No concerns!
I combined the above logo with this silhouette (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1232593982/toyota-supra-2020-silhouette-car-svg), and had this printed for my truck (from this Etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/listing/737320865/custom-window-decals-window-sticker-car).
If you’re in an area where the Supra is a 3 season car, then trying to trade/sell right now may fetch lower values.
Also not sure how vehicle taxes work in your area, but if you have a vehicle in mind, maybe consider how the dealer can structure the whole deal (trade value, new purchase value...
Maxton *street pro*(https://www.supramkv.com/threads/maxton-street-pro-front-splitter-install-notes.13604/).
Probably one of the cheapest options and among the least breakable (official site shows some torture tests). Also among the least functional - not claiming it’s actual aero.
My anecdotal data point - yes. Mostly after not driving the car for several days. If I drive it once every couple of days, it seems to turn on fine. I've actually just bent/broke the locking tab on the Banks gauge to make it easy to unplug/replug on the rare occasion it doesn't boot with the...
(Not today but just got the pic.)
Made it out to Bradenton Motorsports Park for some roll racing. Lots of big builds out there on this weekend - probably preparing for FL2K.
Could get this and paint match the lower portion? https://www.evasivemotorsports.com/store/product/ings1-n-spec-front-bumper-toyota-supra-a90-2020/
Maybe get a better photoshop off fiverr and see if the end product is even something you’d want to pursue.
Maxton Street Pro if you consider your lip a consumable, but I’m biased.

Edit: nvm, you’re referring to the lip above the APR splitter.
@EddieNel , you heard it. It’s probably cheaper not to buy a second vehicle and drive 200 miles round trip regularly.
I’m glad we did that analysis for you.
I think these will be pretty rare at tracks with turns. Cooling has been a Z34 weak point when boosted or VR30 swapped. I can’t imagine what is essentially a factory VR30 swap into a 370z fares much better or else we would have heard about all the new cooling systems, etc.
If and when the price...
