I have no idea.
It came back once after some similar spirited driving (big slides/donuts; no issues with small slides/donuts), but like my first report, it just ultimately went away shortly after.
Doesn’t happen after non-sliding spirited driving, so I’m sure it has something to do with the...
Your 2020 has an easily tunable DME. Why do you want to trade to a 2024 if you’re looking to mod to build the “ultimate streetcar”? What about the 2024 is easier to buy than to “fix/upgrade” on your 2020?
It’s a car. I just try not to be sloppy and clean any mess up asap. Keep napkins in it and a small bag for garbage (I have a cargo net hanging from the rear brace). One of my favorite things to do in the Supra is get my caffeine of choice and send it.
There’s this for some help: https://www.scca-classifier.com/
If it’s just for test and tune runs, no one will care. Personally, I like to try and learn what they all entail, but there are. so. many…
@itsbassi what’s the conclusion? Seeing you talk about going Pure. Final words on your FP Green experience (not sure if you got another tuner or what)?
- No.
- Have a truck for family duties.
If it was still just me and my wife, we would probably both be perfectly fine with the Supra as our only vehicle. Can’t lug around as much stuff, but the vast majority of the time, we would just be bumming around town or participating in car activities...
But you can transfer the info to build out your doc, and link here from that thread to guide people to a more updated list.
I also love this option - taillights as DRLs https://www.supramkv.com/threads/tail-light-as-drl-possibility.13620/
I wish some of these carbon front lip options came in…not carbon. Front lips are consumable IMO (and apparently Porsche’s opinion, too, as their GT cars’ front lips are also not carbon). I really the kit FWIW.
Yes, but I shredded a new set of PSSs way faster than I’d like. I’m refraining until my new tires are worn, then it’s all fair game.
The rain helps from both a tire wear standpoint and a comfort standpoint. Sliding in the dry is fun, but the grip is where it can get sketchy. Ask mustang drivers.
Had this created on Fiverr then put on a hat. Might not be everyone's style, but sharing is caring.

Example usage:
Like @JR Supra, I also went with an RGB aftermarket solution. Tapped into F62. I like the idea of lighting with the door opening and closing, but in reality, an always-on-footwell-light is super nice for opening up the already small cabin at night.
Despite the photos here, I actually keep them...
Give it some time. The next generation of sports/sporty cars will come around in due time if gov regulations don’t completely interfere. If it’s up to the consumers with discretionary income, there will be OEMs happy to build a new trim or a new platform for customers looking for shenanigans...
Looks darker than the fire orange BMWs I’ve seen, but idk any other BMW orange that’s close to this.
Exterior orange matching interior orange electronics lighting satisfies my OCD.
Stripe detracts from the car’s lines, and the Spec AG spoiler looks better if one is going for this style IMO...
Former GTI, now current F150 Tremor.
The Fender audio in the GTI was better than the JBL in the Supra (seems like most systems are better than the JBL in the Supra). And the GTI cleverly puts the backup cam under the rear logo so it’s always crystal clear compared to the always exposed rear...
@S2k This was the oil in mine when I installed the MST v2 intake. https://www.supramkv.com/threads/mst-intake-installation-video.7341/post-225748
Seems normal from all the anecdotes. As long as you’re not getting all the typical oil burning signs, it’s probably just fine.
May not result in tearing down an engine, however, it would inform the owner and may result in an accelerated timeline to exit the vehicle.
I may have had plans to keep the car for x years, but repeated poor oil analyses may make me want to get out before maintenance or failures become a headache.
